Schedule

​Program 5 days and 4 nights Retreat
Arrival Day 

Arrive at 4 pm and settel in. The schedule begins at 5 pm The Team of facilitators will be introducing themselves to the group. Yummy Dinner. After dinner Q&A where you can asks any questions you may have and also benefit from listening to the questions of others. Sauna and Hot Tub 

Day 2 
PREPARATION & PSILOCYBIN CEREMONY 1

8-9am Light Breakefast. We start our morning with Sound healing to create an atmosphere of intimacy and togetherness. After you have the opportunity to refine a clear intention. 
We will also provide you with different tools to prepare you for the psilocybin journey ahead, what to expect and how to navigate them and how to get the most out of your inner journey. 
Then our first Psilocybin Ceremony will take place. This is a unique experiance to each one of us and therefore in your room and you can always go for a walk in the gardens. Our team is there for you every step of the way. 6-7pm Yummy Dinner. Sauna and Hot Tub.  

Day 3
PSILOCYBIN CEREMONY 2

8-9am Light Breakefast. We start with sharing in our circle where you can share your experience of the pervious day. It is also possible to have this sharing 1-on-1 if this feels more comfortable to you. 
Nature walk. Breath work and crystal bowls. Our second journey takes place, again in the morning lasting for anywhere from 4 to 6 or 7 hours. 6-7pm Yummy dinner. Sauna. Hot Tub. 

Day 4
INTEGRATION DAY

8-9am Full Breakfast. Today we focus on combining the mystical with the practical by breaking down the wisdom received. Group circle. Micro dose for all interested. Nature walk. Lunch
The team will be providing you with the support you need. As a group we will intergrate the new found consciousness into our being (and the 5D earth) and take steps towards creating change in your daily life. Mindfulness. Yummy Dinner. Sauna and Hot Tub

DEPARTURE DAY

8-9 am Full Breakfast 
9am Closing circle 
10am Picture and Departure
